About the Faculty
The ten years of my experience at JDCOEM has shaped my teaching philosophy and grown me as an educator.
I have developed a knack for creative exercises which include various kinds of management games. This coupled with modern teaching methodologies aim to promote creativity, brainstorming, management skills but also the overall personality. Mentoring the students helps to bring out their hidden abilities and also enable me to hone them to the fullest.
After a meaningful corporate career in client servicing with Financial Institutions including Kotak Wealth Management, Religare Securities Limited, Principal Mutual Fund for about five years, switched to the education sector. My research interests cover areas such as Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Training and Development Practices, Consumer Buying Behaviour Entrepreneurship Development.
