She has the educational experience in engineering and management teaching for past 22 years. She is handling various general administration related issues so as to improve the ease of dealing with various sections of the college by designing policies and processes. She has been awarded grant of Rs.14.37lakhs from AICTE for Skill and Personality Development Centre (SPDC) for SC/ST students.

She is the faculty nominee on the Governing Body under Autonomous set up. An organization to succeed needs the policies processes for perfect indoctrination. Designing policies in the best interest of the organization is helping JDCOEM to take on the various challenges in the prevalent system.
