About the Faculty
Teaching is a mission. This is the profession wherein you get to see the results in the form Student’s Achievement in life, year on year basis. The satisfaction and joy of engaging young minds in spite of advancement in teacher’s age is immeasurable in this profession.
With 18 years of teaching experience in Engineering and Management disciplines, I have been part of JDCOEM’s intellectual fraternity from the past five years.
The last five years have been the period of achieving milestone for the college which has been obtained by all of us with sheer determination, hard work as a team. The exposure to various portfolios, committees has helped me to reinvent my teaching pedagogy in the larger interest of the students.
The philosophy of Outcome Based Pedagogy is the order of the day at JDCOEM. It is very fulfilling experience as the teacher to deliver the contents on the basis of Outcome which covers all the attributes of Management graduate.
Being a Member-Board of Studies (Commerce & Management), RTM Nagpur University; I am privileged to be actively involved in decision making for Management education.
I vouch for the philosophy of Learning by Doing. The classroom activities thus include skits, dramas, role plays apart from hard core classroom sessions. As a teacher for two plus decades I firmly believe that Lifelong learning helps everyone to remain competent in changing times.
Research
| Four Research Scholars have been awarded doctoral degrees by RTM Nagpur University. The research scholars have worked on the diverse concepts of Marketing Management and Organization Behaviour. |
