I joined JDCOEM about three years ago and evolved as an educator and strengthened my method of teaching and developed an ability to instruct a variety of subjects.
Reaching out to the students with engaging lesson plans, employing differentiated teaching methods, incorporating audio and visual activities to address all learning styles is how I can describe my teaching style. I endeavour to foster MOOC courses among students and encourage them to explore topics beyond syllabus which enhance their horizon of knowledge and understanding.
My research interests cover areas such as Supply chain management, Lean manufacturing, sig sigma, sustainable development, renewable resources.
As a teacher, I want students should be lifelong learner by achieving all graduate attributes in their journey of learning in prescribed duration. My students of JDCOEM (an autonomous institute) are highly trained for placement and industrial activities and this is only the reason that civil engineering department is continuously achieving and moving towards destination of 100% placements.
