About the Faculty

I am working at JDCOEM, one of the most prestigious Autonomous Institute in Maharashtra since from last 2 years have learnt many variations in work experience. I have 10 years of teaching experience. 

My teaching pedagogy includes classroom learning, learning through mini projects and interactions with students with the main aim of “Industry Based Study”, which we believe helps the student translate classroom learning to real life situations.

 I believe that modern trends become only supplements and not substitutes of  our basic concepts of education. I do not wish to put the clock back but would certainly do well to introduce a more human and realistic approach in education to meet the present day needs of our society and develop the same spirit in my student.
