About the Faculty
My philosophy of life is, “Believe in yourself.” And this is what I try to teach my students as well that never give up in life. Always work harder and smarter which will eventually lead you to the path of success.
As a faculty, I am disciplined and have a friendly attitude towards the students so that the students can learn in a very healthy environment. Being friendly in nature helps students to approach me in their free time to clear their doubts and I try to make the subject lighter as well as more interesting for the students so that they can understand the concept better.
I try to give real-time applications to students of the topic and the subject so that the students do not learn for the sake of the exam but they learn because they can use it in their practical life. At the same time, I stay positive towards my students, understand their problems, try to solve them and be a friend but not to support the students in wrong deeds because the work of the teacher is to bring the students on the right path and show them light and remove all the darkness. If a student has done a mistake it is the duty of a teacher to tell the student and make him/her realize about their mistake otherwise that is a bigger mistake on the part of the teacher.
Finally, as a committed teacher, I am aware of my obligations and responsibilities to uphold the reputation of the University I am working for. As a teacher, I ‘preach’ my students to adopt Engineering as a way of life and try to impart a sense of responsibility towards society and our nation.
