JDCOEM is devoted to excellence in teaching, learning, and research and to developing leaders across disciplines who make a positive difference in the world. I am fortunate to be part of such great Institution.

A good teacher knows and understands students, how they develop and learn. I also believe that students actively construct and transform their own knowledge based on past experiences and prior learning and apply it. I am aware that student’s do not all learn in the same way or at the same rate and approach each student according to his requirement. I believe it is my responsibility as a teacher to be an effective diagnostician of students’ interests, abilities, and prior knowledge.

I use my knowledge of the discipline to expose my students to modes of critical thinking, encourage them to analyze, apply, synthesize, and evaluate all they learn. I love the subjects I teach, and I know how to make them come alive for my students.

2019

As Teacher Guardian I act as a friend, philosopher and guide to the students. I keep track of my student’s day-to-day activities. I act as a mentor to students and offer them emotional and academic support along with motivation. As I am the incharge of III Cell I see to it that my students are provided Industrial exposure  and acquire them with practical applications of knowledge.
