The group is a market leader in the foundry industry. With the same zeal and commitment, he laid the strong foundation of JD College of Engineering and Management (JDCOEM), which has steadily carved a niche for itself since its inception. Under his guidance, the institution continues to progress rapidly in all facets of engineering , computer application and management education. A firm believer in the close integration of academia and industry, Shri. Agrawal emphasizes holistic student development. He advocates for a balanced academic environment that includes rigorous academics, mandatory internships, technical training and engagement in performing arts and extracurricular activities. He strongly believes that students succeed when they receive the right direction and nurturing support from both their family and their educational institution.

Shri. Jayesh Sanjay Goyal
Jayesh Sanjay Goyal is a dynamic educationist and entrepreneur who brings a global perspective to institutional leadership and business strategy. With a strong foundation in marketing, innovation and international exposure, he plays a pivotal role in shaping forward-thinking ecosystems in both education and industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Strategy and Innovation from Bayes Business School, City, University of London. His academic journey is further enriched by prestigious international summer programs, including the European Summer Program at Université Catholique de Lille in France, Marketing & CSR at London School of Economics and Political Science and the Summer Business Scholars Program at University of Chicago Booth School of Business—experiences that have significantly shaped his global outlook and strategic thinking. Jayesh currently leads and oversees the entire educational venture, where he is instrumental in driving growth, innovation and academic excellence. Under his leadership, the institution continues to evolve with a strong focus on industry integration, student outcomes and future-ready education. Beyond education, he is actively involved in the strategic operations and expansion of key group companies, including Goyal Group Industries and Gotails, contributing to business development, brand positioning and long-term vision. Shri. Devansh Ajay Goyal
Devansh Ajay Goyal represents the next generation of leadership—bringing fresh perspective, energy and vision to a legacy built on trust and excellence. A young and dynamic professional, Devansh has completed his integrated BBA + LLB from Symbiosis International University (Hyderabad campus), equipping him with a strong foundation in both business strategy and legal frameworks. As a Trustee of the Jaidev Education Society, Devansh plays an active role in shaping the future of education, contributing to the growth and development of institutions under its umbrella. His forward-thinking approach focuses on innovation, quality and creating opportunities for the next generation. Beyond education, Devansh is the driving force behind Gotails, a rapidly growing pet care brand that reflects his entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify emerging market opportunities. Under his leadership, the brand is evolving with a strong focus on quality, customer trust and modern consumer needs. He is also actively involved in managing and strengthening the family’s diverse business interests, including the Goyal Group of Industries, ensuring operational excellence while steering the businesses toward future-ready growth.
