Pursuing excellence is not just our vision but our raison d’être.The department has established the Industry Institute Interaction Cell (IIIC) to amalgamate educational brilliance with industry service, facilitating superior placement opportunities for students based on their areas of interest. Our commitment to industrial exposure significantly influences the department, and we are consistently proactive in providing opportunities for students to interact with the industry. This commitment has propelled both the department and the institute to achieve substantial growth within a short duration since establishment.

With its multifaceted, experienced and invigorating faculties, it provides high quality teaching and research experience. We as a team believe in providing education with profundity so as to enable students to achieve perspicacity. We provide appealing facilities and amiable environment for the stake holders that contribute to bridge the gap between Students, Parents, and Teachers (SPT). Providing excellence is not only our vision, but is our raison d’être. The Department has established IIIC (Industry Institute Interaction Cell) to combine brilliance in education with service to industry which is obliging for the superior placement of students as per their area of interests. The Department is highly influenced by the industrial exposure and all the concerns are always in state to avail the industrial interaction for the students. This factor made the department as well as the institute to achieve humongous growth within a very short duration after establishment. The focus of the department is to be innovative and leading department in Civil Engineering inheritance. JD College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur was awarded by NAAC with ‘A’ grade and recently received autonomy. Our institute is the youngest autonomous institute in the region and civil engineering department has received recognition as a Research Center by DBATU which is a huge milestone in itself.
