Dr. Ujwala Dange has been associated with teaching field since past 25 years. She possess the diverse experience of teaching   undergraduate engineering students as well as post graduate MBA students. She possess  post graduate degree in management   as well as Doctoral degree in Management from RTM Nagpur University. She is approved research guide @RTMNU, till date 5 research scholars have been awarded doctoral degrees under her supervision.  She has been the  Chairman, Board of Studies, Commerce and Management Board at university and was also the Board of Studies member of Continuing education and lifelong learning at RTMNU. Presently she is the   Academic Council Member of RTM Nagpur University and Board of Studies member of Commerce and Management at RTMNU. She is also the Academic Council member and Board of Studies Member of several Autonomous colleges in Nagpur. Apart from these statutory positions she is responsible for Quality initiatives in the college and is In charge of Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the college.

Various student centric initiatives are being implemented by her as Dean (Student Support & Development). She believes that the transition of students from  class room to board room is possible through inculcating the right attitude amongst the students and help them to realize their full potential.
