JDCOEM (an autonomous institute) Nagpur offers me, as a teacher, an unfettered atmosphere to conduct my duties and responsibilities. Having encapsulated with such an amiable working condition, it acts as an embellishment to my teaching style.

Personally, I believe clearing the basics and developing habit of brainstorming, is the indispensable need of the day. I try to inculcate in my students the idea of well-formed mind rather than well-filled mind.

My teaching experience hitherto in VJTI Mumbai has made me develop an attitude which completely gives credit to Molière for his credo “le devoir de la comédie est de corriger les hommes en les divertissant”, which simply states that “in order to edify, you have to entertain”. With such optimism and invigorating teaching style, I focus on overall development of my students.

As a part of Civil Engineering department, I try to impart technical as well as management skills in my students, which will definitely help them to broaden their perspective to face the arduous challenges the real world has to offer.

1. Cleared MPSC MES Mains 2019, appeared interview.
2. Knowledge of German (A2 level) and French (Basic Level) languages.

Courses
