JDCOEM an Autonomous institute in Nagpur accredited as grade “A” by NAAC and as achieved many awards and working as Assistant professor in such a renowned institute is my privileged to contribute in the growth of institute along with the growth of my career. As facilitator, I have to play a very major role in the overall development of my student to cope up with the dynamically changing trends in industry.

I think every pupil must interact with the industry under IIIC and also concentrate on paid internship as per their interest of domain in civil engineering and their allied fields which will provide the more exposure to sustain at international level.
