JDCOEM an Autonomous institute in Nagpur accredited as grade A by NAAC has achieved many awards and working as a teacher in such a renowned institute, is my privileged. As a one of the senior most faculty of this institute it’s my responsibility that along with the knowledge of all technical and soft skills. I must act as a medium to provide a better opportunity for students between career and growth. I believe that, if my students can develop the habit of self-discipline and achieve good grades, they have lot of opportunities to grow excels in the industry and good academic status during their education, they will definitely achieve a good position and will have variety of opportunities to choose their career. Carrying experience of more than 25 years teaching and few years work in industry, I always try to provide intellectual teaching and industrial touch to my teaching skill which will be helpful for my students to select their domain for further interests and help them to have placement in higher packages.
