Organized School Visit at Savitribai Phule School, Fetri

Technical Quiz Competition “Kahoot”

On 23-02-2024, the CSE/IT Department of J D College of Engineering & Management, Nagpur, through its vibrant student forum COSMA, organized the technical quiz competition “Kahoot.” Using the interactive Kahoot platform, the quiz covered a wide range of topics, including programming, algorithms, computer networks, and current tech trends. The competition featured multiple rounds, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among participants, and awarded attractive prizes to the top-performing teams.

“Kahoot” provided a fun and engaging way for students to test and expand their technical knowledge while honing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.  Industrial Visit to MasterSoft ERP Solution Pvt. Ltd.

On 27th February 2024, the CSE/IT Department of J D College of Engineering & Management, Nagpur, under the COSMA forum, organized an industrial visit to MasterSoft ERP Solution Pvt. Ltd. This visit provided students with practical insights into ERP solutions, allowing them to observe real-world applications, understand industry trends, and interact with professionals.

The visit offered a unique learning experience, bridging classroom theory with industry practice. Students gained valuable exposure to ERP system development and management, enhancing their technical understanding and professional growth. Industrial Visit to PSK Technology Pvt. Ltd.

On 5th March 2024, the CSE/IT Department of J D College of Engineering & Management, Nagpur, under the COSMA forum, organized an industrial visit to PSK Technology Pvt. Ltd. This visit aimed to provide students with hands-on insights into the latest technologies and industry practices.

The visit bridged the gap between academic learning and practical application, allowing students to observe real-world technology solutions and interact with industry experts. Through this experience, students enhanced their technical skills and gained valuable professional exposure. COSMA continues to organize such impactful events to support the advancement and growth of its students.

COSMA is a CO department student forum is the first forum established in 2016. The main aim of the student forum “COSMA” is to develop Leadership, teamwork, Communication Skills, and Confidence, in students Dealing with Fear and Anxiety and also make them aware of their responsibilities towards Society. Students of the Forum are given opportunities to attend workshops, arrange competitions and take part in different events to strengthen their technical skills.
