About the Faculty
I am working at JDCOEM, one of the most prestigious College ,since last two years I have enriched myself with many effective changes and experiences in teaching learning process at JDCOEM. I have total experience of 12 years.
I believe my task being a teacher is to create an atmosphere that fosters learning. I tend to encourage learning by creating a relaxed environment for students. Stimulating conversations about concepts being presented and organizing material and in a way that appeals to the learners and makes it easier to understand. I also reckon that learning teaches us how to find information applies to all areas of life and I use topics and examples that are multidisciplinary. Finally, I believe that respect for my students is one of the most important things I can show. This is to inspire them to respect every individual in the society.

Other Works
Working as Departmental website in charge for regular updation of college website with all current activities also works as Teacher Guardian Coordinator of Department ,these TG scheme help to fill the gap between parents and college and work as friend a guide/guardian for students.
Working with students (under graduate) for their small project works is a pleasure and is also considered of prime importance at JDCOEM. Many of the projects are interesting and provides useful outcomes. I enjoy guiding my students in their projects.
