I am fortunate to have a number of years of continuous teaching experience, at KITS, Ramtek, and from last 4 months at JDCOEM, one of the most prestigious Institutes in India, which has enabled me to develop a teaching philosophy of my own.

Currently have responsibility as Department APC co-ordinator and E-yantra and project lab in-charge at JDCOEM, Nagpur.

Conducted a training program on “Internet of Things(IOT) technology and Its Implementation with Cloud Using Raspberry-pi 3 Model B for Final year and Third year students of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department on 28^th July, 2^nd& 11^th August 2018.

Participated and obtained A+ grade in the Faculty Development Program on “Internet of Things(IOT) and its implementation with cloud” conducted by Electronics and ICT Academy, IIT Roorkee at Tulas Institute, Dehradun from 14^th May – 18^th May, 2018.

Participated in a Two-day weekend training program on “Introduction to Machine Learning” conducted by IIT, Kharagpur on 16^th and 17^th December, 2017.

Participated in a two –week ISTE STTP on “CMOS, Mixed Signal and Radio Frequency VLSI Design” conducted by IIT, Kharagpur from 30^th January to 4^th February, 2017.

 Attended, three day “Personal Effectiveness Program” from 17^th – 19^th October 2016 in association with Career Path Solutions, Hyderabad.

 Attended ISTE approved one week STTP on “Measurement Practices in Instrumentation System” organized by Department of Electronics Engineering, Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering, Nagpur, from 28^th September to 3^rd October, 2015.

 Participated in the two-day workshop on “Modern Digital Design” conducted jointly by e-prayog, Virtual Labs (Electronics), IIT Bombay and VLSI and RF Design Center, Nuva College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur on 2^nd and 3^rd February, 2013.
